  • Professional information entered in pricing advisor forms (skills, experience, industry, location)
  • Engagement records (client names, rates, dates, hours)
  • Bio and profile content you create or upload
  • Payment information processed through Stripe

  • Device and browser information (user agent, screen resolution, OS)
  • IP address and approximate geographic location
  • Pages visited, features used, and interaction patterns
  • Referral source and session duration

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide and personalize our pricing analysis services
  • Generate AI-powered recommendations based on your professional details and marketplace data
  • Process payments and manage your subscription
  • Send transactional emails (receipts, password resets)
  • Improve platform accuracy by analyzing aggregated usage patterns
  • Detect and prevent fraud or abuse
  • Respond to support requests

3. AI Data Processing

When you use the Pricing Advisor or Bio Creator, your form inputs are sent to OpenAI for processing. We do not use your data to train third-party AI models. OpenAI processes your data under a data processing agreement and does not retain your inputs beyond the request lifecycle.

Marketplace data queries are performed via SerpAPI, which searches public freelance platform listings. No personally identifiable information is included in these searches.

4. Third-Party Services

We share data with the following providers only as necessary to operate the platform:

  • Supabase — Authentication, database hosting, and file storage (EU/US data centers)
  • OpenAI — AI-powered pricing analysis and content generation
  • SerpAPI — Public marketplace data research
  • Stripe — Payment processing (PCI DSS Level 1 compliant)

We do not sell your personal information to any third party.

5. Cookies & Tracking

We use the following types of cookies:

  • Essential cookies — Required for authentication and session management. Cannot be disabled.
  • Analytics cookies — Help us understand feature usage and improve the platform. You can opt out via browser settings.

We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking pixels.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Specifically:

  • Account data — retained until you delete your account
  • Engagement records — retained until you delete them or your account
  • AI interaction logs — retained for 90 days for quality improvement
  • Payment records — retained as required by tax and financial regulations

Upon account deletion, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

AI Freelance Pricing is not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected data from a child, we will delete it promptly.
